When they asked businesswoman Ana Stewart to conduct a study into the representation of women in entrepreneurship, The Scottish Government then asked Clark to design the final result – Pathways: A New Approach for Women in Entrepreneurship.
The report was aimed at the business community and needed to be fresh, striking and gender neutral in its look. It did not feature photography, so Clark created a bespoke bold graphic style using an arrowhead motif and paired it with modern, sans serif typography. The report extended to 150 pages and included over 50 charts and graphs, and it also needed to adhere to strict accessibility guidelines.
